Event will take place rain or shine (hopefully shine!) on Sunday, July 12.

Important Information About Volunteering:

This is an outdoor, general activity event that takes place in the park, on terrain that includes grass, asphalt, and concrete. You will spend time on your feet, both standing and walking, and may be asked to lift up to 20 lbs.

All types of volunteers are welcome. If you need an accommodation, we will work with you to find the best position for you.

Positions include event setup crew, course setup and monitors, registration team, cheer squad, floating/roving helpers, and clean-up crew. More information on each role is included in the signup form.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Please dress appropriately—wear layers, be prepared for rain, and wear comfortable, stable shoes.
• Bring your own water, snacks, and sunscreen.
• We will provide you with a commemorative event t-shirt to wear at the event, that will be yours to keep.
• We will provide you with a volunteer vest that you will return.
• Parking is limited inside the park. Please try to carpool with others.
• Plan to park in the neighborhood or in one of the upper interior lots.
